These photos were taken today, so technically a week into my Paleo journey, but I’m still using them as my ‘before’ photos.
Sorry it’s been so long since I last updated! Just covering what food I bought and how my first Paleo week has been!

Didn’t manage to get out and get anything today, I guess I will just make do with what I’ve got until I can!

Think I’m starting to see some definition…
I did the ‘Insanity Cardio Abs’ workout, it’s only about 15 minutes, but it’s better than nothing right? :)
So today I did a two mile run which took me 25 mins and I’ve just finished my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level two workout.
Did my 2 mile run in 25 minutes :) Now for a snack and onto my strength training!
It felt amazing yesterday.
