Breakfast: oatmeal with seed/nut mix, chopped banana and honey.
Coffee
Berrocca vitamin supplement drink
Lunch: hard boiled egg with 2 pieces of wholemeal toast & olive spread.
Protein shake
Dinner: roast beef with potatoes, carrots, suede and cabbage.
Level 3 of the 30 day shred and 30min/3 mile run.

Currently baking some low-fat wholemeal blueberry muffins :)
Will let you know if they taste any good!
